Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

This position requires a high level of collaboration with senior sales, campaign managers, and indirect service partners to drive process improvements, enhance efficiency, and foster teamwork. You will focus on growing our customers' businesses and scaling the category's domestic revenues.

We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to prospect for new clients, pitch the value of our solutions, negotiate and close deals, and maintain high satisfaction among existing clients through excellent partner management.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in customer service.
