In this role, you will play a key part in promoting and providing sustainable energy solutions to our valued customers. As an Energy Consultant, you will assess customer energy needs, provide insights on energy efficiency, and educate clients about our renewable energy products and services. Your expertise will contribute to empowering customers to make informed decisions regarding their energy consumption and savings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth energy assessments for commercial clients
- Recommend energy solutions and contracts that meet customer needs
- Educate clients on the benefits of renewable energy and energy efficiency
- Develop customized proposals and presentations for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire consultation process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Previous experience consulting, sales, or a related field is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation Details:
- Expected First-Year Earnings: $50,000–$75,000 (includes training pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses).
- Top-Performer Earning Potential: Top representatives routinely exceed $100,000 annually within their first 2–3 years. (Our training system works—our top performers have earned $75,000 within their first 6 months by following the system!
