Bakery Manager – Messy Aprons Cheesecakes
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Bakery Manager to lead our kitchen, ensure product quality, and help grow our fast-paced, dessert-focused business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment and loves both baking and leading a team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bakery operations and production schedules
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all cheesecakes and desserts
- Lead, train, and motivate bakery staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supply levels
- Assist with menu development, seasonal flavors, and creative ideas
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Support catering orders and special event preparation
Requirements:
- Baking experience required (cheesecake or dessert experience preferred)
- Previous management or leadership experience
- ServSafe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
