Overview:
As a Litigation Attorney at Messner Reeves LLP, you will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of cases and providing exceptional legal services You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and strategic problem-solving.
The ideal Litigation Attorney will possess the following:
- 1-3 years' experience in Litigation.
- Manage various litigation cases, including general liability, product liability, premises liability, employment law, construction defect, and civil litigation matters.
- Conduct all phases of discovery, encompassing written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
- Demonstrate a process-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients while delivering top-notch services to existing clients.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling client matters efficiently and meeting strict deadlines.
- Admitted to practice in the state of California.
