Construction Superintendent – Exterior Envelope (Roofing, Siding, Windows)

Messing Roofing is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee exterior envelope construction (roofing, siding, windows/doors, trims, gutters, soffit/fascia) for multifamily projects.

We have one project starting in Crystal Lake, IL and another in Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for roofing, siding, stone, windows/doors, and trims
• Coordinate crews, schedules, and inspections
• Ensure top-quality installation and safety
• Manage daily reporting, photos, and production tracking
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years experience in roofing/siding/wrapping/window installation supervision
• Strong communication and leadership
• Ability to read plans and manage crews
• Willingness to travel for Milwaukee project
