Senior Graphic Designer (Remote)

Seeking to hire a Sr. Graphic Designer for a remote contract opportunity. The position will involve strategic collaboration with marketing teams, external agencies, and internal business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of designs and an impactful, consistent customer experience with our client’s brand. The role requires strong aesthetic skills and visual design experience, as well as project management and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be a team player who excels in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Essential Duties and Responsibilities:·      Design original pieces, including layout, illustrations, and infographics for a variety of marketing collateral, including PDF brochures and one-pagers, PowerPoint presentations, website images, digital graphics, social media images, flyers, roll-up banners, booth backdrops, and more·      General management and oversight of assigned creative projects from conception to deliveryRequirements:·      A minimum of 7 years of experience managing marketing programs/creative projects·      Proven experience in branding applications and creative development across corporate or agency environments·      Experience collaborating with a larger team using project management and workflow tools·      Understands branding and how to apply the visual brand across many mediums effectively·      Strong aesthetic skills·      Top quality layout and creative design abilities·      Proactively sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient, timely, on-budget, and accurate completion of responsibilities; keeps multiple projects in process simultaneously. Tracks and reports on progress·      Demonstrates a team-oriented, customer-focused attitude with flexibility in an environment of tight deadlines and unexpected changes.·      Self-motivated, takes initiative, anticipates needs, works independently, and carries projects through to completion, not afraid to ask questions·      Willing to work some degree of non-traditional business hours to accommodate different time zones·      Organizes tasks and projects effectively·      Solves problems exceptionally well·      Applies strong strategic and critical thinking skills·      Makes autonomous decisions and works independently·      Expert in Adobe Creative Suite software (especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)·      Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams·      Learns new software and tools as needed to enhance presentations, meetings, and events Preferred:·      Experience using Wrike  or other similar Project Management tool·      3D modeling and rendering capabilities·      Specific knowledge of Aerospace & Defense, electronics industry, B2B marketing·      Experience with sprint planning as part of agile marketing·      Experience in global organizations with teams all around the world·      Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual design, or communication design·      Project management certification Company DescriptionReal People.
