Sales Representative

Messina Talent is seeking a Sales Executive for a wide-format printer based in Wheeling, IL. Our client specializes in displays, retail signage, decals, and signs. They target businesses looking to enhance brand recognition and address challenges such as on-time delivery and product fulfillment. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build and scale their sales department in a growing market, with performance rewards with uncapped commission potential.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAggressive in approaching potential customers in identifying and closing deals.Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals.Motivated and consistently identifies new sources of business.Articulates proposals clearly and concisely in a variety of settings.Team Player with excellent communication skills with clients.Develops and executes strategic territory plans to penetrate target markets in retail, hospitality, automotive, and corporate sectors.Conducts needs assessments and presents tailored visual solutions that address client branding and fulfillment challenges.Builds and maintains a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, trade shows, and referrals.Collaborates with production and design teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.Maintains accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM systems.REQUIREMENTSStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Prefer 2 years of sales experience in fleet graphics, POP/Retail, and OEM environments.Bachelor's Degree preferred.Computer proficiency.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.Hunter mentality with ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close new business independently.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.Other DetailsSchedule: Monday-Friday, fully onsite, no remote workLocation: Wheeling, IL Start Date: ASAPCompany DescriptionReal People.
