Manufacturing Project Manager

Seeking to hire an innovative Project Manager to drive operational excellence for a leading global electronics manufacturer. This contract-to-hire position, located in Conway, AR, offers the opportunity to manage diverse, cross-functional projects spanning local and international operations while working with a dedicated team focused on enhancing operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:The Project Manager will spearhead critical initiatives that bridge divisions and geographies, play an instrumental role in advancing operational capabilities, and drive measurable business outcomes.Essential Qualifications:Must have at least 5 years of Project Management experience in manufacturing operations, along with the following skills:Adaptability & Leadership:Navigate ambiguous situations with confidence and adjust strategies in rapidly evolving business environmentsInspire and direct cross-functional teams to achieve project objectivesIdentify, analyze, and resolve complex project challenges proactivelyCommunication & Organization:Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable communicationsExcel at task prioritization and consistently meet critical deadlinesDemonstrate proven success in portfolio management or similar project-focused rolesCollaboration & Execution:Exhibit exceptional communication and teamwork abilities across all organizational levelsSuccessfully manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standardsShow genuine enthusiasm for leading strategic initiatives and delivering outstanding resultsMust be willing to work onsite 4 days per weekPreferred Qualifications:Certifications & Technical Skills:PMP certification or equivalent project management credentialsExperience with project management platforms (MS Project, JIRA, SmartSheet, or similar)Proficiency in Microsoft 365 for collaborative work environmentsLanguage Skills:Fluency in English (required)Additional language capabilities in Mandarin, Spanish, or Korean strongly preferredWhat We Offer:This contract-to-hire opportunity provides the chance to make an immediate impact while building toward a permanent role with a globally recognized organization committed to operational excellence and innovation.Company DescriptionReal People.
