We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Lead Cryogenics Technician to lead and optimize our cryogenic operations, with a primary focus on helium delivery, system uptime, and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, organizational excellence, and clear communication skills, who thrives in technically demanding and fast-paced environments. Key ResponsibilitiesAbility to work independently and follow operating proceduresProduction of cryogens and operation of liquefaction plantCoordinate with technical and R&D teams to fill and deliver cryogensPerform basic operation on turbomachinery including compressors, expansion engines, pumps, and vacuum systems – training providedGeneral production duties to include filling out maintenance and production logs, tracking spreadsheets, and associated data entryMaintaining a clean and organized work environment – job includes routine cleaning of work areas – brooms, dustpans, paper towels, etc.Comply with established safety protocols and other proceduresWeekend shift work is required – both Saturday and SundayAlternative flexibility with a possibility for 4x10 shifts, idealMinimum High School Diploma/GED2 years of experience in a production environment WE VALUE:Strong mechanical knowledge/aptitude preferredMaintenance/repair experience preferredGood attitude, ability to learn on the job, and willingness to take on any taskDesire to work in a fast-paced environmentCapability to handle multiple priorities at onceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganization and ability to document daily logs and project progress Company DescriptionReal People.
