POSITION SUMMARY

The Villa Bed and Breakfast Associate position will assist with the upkeep of the rooms at the Villa Bed and Breakfast, preparing breakfast for Villa guests, and assisting with any guest needs.

Essential Functions Statements(s)

• Maintenance and care of guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards
• Responsible for breakfast service and cleaning afterward
• Responsible for cleaning and refreshing guest rooms and bathrooms between reservations
• Wash, fold, and promptly put away all laundry
• Maintain housekeeping closets, cleaning supplies, guest room supplies and amenities
• Perform clerk duties such as late check-in, reservations, and guest requests
• Address customer needs in a timely manner
• Report any inventory or supply restock needs to management every week
• Perform other duties as required including assisting other departments as needed

POSITIONS QUALIFICATIONS

• Related experience in housekeeping.
• Excellent customer service skills. 
• TABC and Food Handlers’ Certificate required.
• Flexible work schedule, including working weekends and some evening events.
• Must be detail oriented and able to coordinate various activities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently.
