Job Summary
Do you enjoy serving customers and have an interest in agriculture, construction and lawn & garden equipment? If so and you have any current or prior parts sales experience then apply today! We are looking for a friendly and personable customer service oriented candidate to join our team at our store in Leesport PA.
Responsibilities
- Serve customer parts needs in our call center via phone/email.
- Provide e-mail assistance to customer requests
- Research part availability options from various manufacturers
- Provide parts order follow-up assistance
Requirements
- Requires computer experience
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Customer focused
- Organized and highly motivated
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work in a team oriented atmosphere preferred
- Agricultural or construction experience
- Mechanical experience
- Prior parts and/or customer service experience
Salary
- Competitive and based on experience. Starts at $45,000 per year.
