Role Description
Messick & Associates is seeking a full-time Computer Aided Design Operator to join our team on-site in Annapolis, MD. The role involves creating, modifying, and reviewing CAD drawings for various land development projects. Responsibilities include preparing accurate site plans, performing updates based on feedback, collaborating with engineers and designers, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Computer Operations, including experience with CAD software and design tools
- Strong Communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members and clients
- Experience with Back Office Operations and administrative support tasks
- Excellent Computer Literacy and Typing skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
- Familiarity with land development design practices and local codes is a plus
- Associate’s degree in CAD, drafting, or a related field is preferred
