Messiah Lifeways is a non-profit organization located in Mechanicsburg, PA, that provides a network of services for adults, 55 and better living in South Central PA. Our roots trace back to 1896, when the Brethren in Christ Church founded Messiah Home in Harrisburg, PA, to serve older adults with Christ-like love.
Who You Are
The Scheduling Coordinator provides administrative and scheduling support for Messiah Lifeways At Home services. This role ensures smooth coordination of client visits, staff assignments, and office operations while maintaining excellent communication with clients, families, and team members.
What You Will Do

Schedule and coordinate client visits and staff assignments efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of client services and employee schedules.

Communicate professionally with clients, residents, families, and staff.

Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

Work cooperatively and productively under direction and supervision.

Support the ML At Home Manager and Senior Director of CSS with administrative tasks.

Perform other duties as assigned to ensure quality service delivery.

Education & Experience
