What You'll Do

Responsibilities Include
- Provide professional hair and nail care services in accordance with your licensure
- Maintain salon cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization standards required by Pennsylvania State regulations
- Schedule appointments and process payments through our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming salon environment
- Communicate product and supply needs to salon leadership
- Report any resident health or safety concerns to the appropriate team members
- Return personal belongings such as eyeglasses and hearing aids following services
- Follow safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergency situations
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive salon experience for every guest

Qualifications
Required:
- Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology Operator's License
- Previous experience providing hair care services
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using scheduling and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments effectively
- Experience working with older adults
- Nail care experience
- Previous salon or customer-facing service experience
