What You'll Do
As a Logistics Assistant, you'll support the Logistics Coordinator and Purchasing Manager while helping ensure supplies, equipment, and deliveries are received, organized, and distributed efficiently throughout the organization.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist the Logistics Coordinator and Purchasing Manager with daily logistics operations
Help distribute supplies, equipment, and deliveries across campus and satellite locations
Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and supply replenishment
Maintain organized warehouse, storage, and supply areas
Support Central Supply inventory control processes
Assist delivery drivers and vendors with directions and delivery coordination
Support return shipments, local pickups, and other transportation-related tasks
Provide support for special projects and operational needs as assigned

Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than one infraction within the past three years)
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency and ability to use mobile devices and inventory systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Ability to follow procedures, maintain professionalism, and prioritize safety
Preferred:
At least one year of experience in logistics, warehousing, materials management, inventory control, or supply chain operations
Experience working with inventory systems and warehouse operations
Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience, including forklifts or electric pallet jacks
Experience working in healthcare, senior living, facilities, or operational support environments
Salary : $17 - $18
