As a Resident Care Partner (RCP), you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ daily living needs, enhancing their quality of life, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and eager to grow into a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role.
We are currently hiring candidates to join our organization on Monday, October 19th and enroll in classes by October 27th.
As a Resident Care Partner, you will be hired in a part-time capacity and quickly enroll in CNA courses offered through Messiah University at Messiah Lifeways. Upon successful completion of your CNA coursework and exams, you will transition into a Nursing Assistant and ultimately a Certified Nursing Assistant on one of three available shifts (Day: 7a-3p, Evening: 3p-11p, Night: 11p-7a)
As an RCP, you will:
- Provide non-direct care support that promotes resident comfort, engagement, and well-being.
- Collaborate closely with licensed nursing staff to ensure timely assistance and meaningful interaction.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with residents through companionship and communication.
Training & Growth Opportunity

- Get paid while you learn! You’ll receive compensation during your class enrollment and training period.
- Upon completion, you’ll transition into a CNA role within our Nursing Care team.

Qualifications:- Minimum age: 18 years or older
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to serve older adults
- Commitment to obtaining CNA certification within 120 days of program completion
- Complete a pre-employment Competency Exam with a minimum score of 80%
