Messer Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Producer Support Specialist to serve as a key operational and relationship support resource for our insurance brokers and Agencies. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage complex agent inquiries, navigate insurance operations with confidence, and deliver consistently high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong insurance experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment while coordinating across internal teams, external vendors, and insurance carriers. This individual will play a critical role in supporting producers through issue resolution, documentation, and new business submissions while upholding Messer Financial Group’s service standards.
Responsibilities
Producer & Agent Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for producer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, handling a high volume of interactions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to new business submissions, carrier requirements, licensing, and documentation.
- Proactively manage follow-ups and escalations to ensure timely, complete resolution and a positive producer experience.
Relationship & Service
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with producers and agency leadership.
- Anticipate producer needs and identify opportunities to improve engagement, efficiency, and satisfaction.
- Represent Messer Financial Group with a high level of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence.
Cross-Functional & External Collaboration
- Partner closely with internal departments to deliver coordinated, end-to-end producer support.
- Work directly with insurance carriers and third-party vendors to resolve issues and facilitate new business processing.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of company initiatives, products, and operational resources to support producer success.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Accurately document all producer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions in CRM and internal systems.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date producer records in accordance with company standards.
- Support reporting needs, product research, and management requests as required.
- Ensure adherence to service-level expectations, internal workflows, and compliance requirements.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Actively participate in training and professional development to deepen product knowledge, and process expertise.
- Apply new knowledge to improve resolution speed, service accuracy, and overall producer experience.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, documentation, and support workflows.
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Support evolving business needs and special projects as directed by leadership.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in insurance operations, producer support, client services, or a related insurance services role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment in resolving complex or sensitive issues.
- Critical thinking skills

Salary : $56,160 - $61,760
