What You Will Do:

• Review and process AP invoices and monthly subcontractor pay request
• Prepare monthly owner billings
• Reconcile, audit and forecast for internal monthly cost reports
• Resolve various accounting and contract insurance issues
• Maintain and monitor job files and document control
• Review and audit reconciliations
• Prepare various accounting reports
• Audit monthly state use tax returns

• Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 75lbs.
