What Will You Do
- Support Project/Corporate Accountants with duties as requested; ensure task are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Execute transactional related tasks within monthly accounting cycle – invoice entry, monthly billings, craft payroll review, inclusion tracking and subcontractor compliance.
- Track and distribute credit card statements.
- Prepare owner billing and compile supporting documents.
- Prevailing wage review and tracking
- Monitor subcontractor compliance and correspond with subcontractor as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required. College degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Must have knowledge of accounting principles/functions.
- Experience reviewing, tracking, and ensuring compliance with State of Ohio prevailing wage requirements and Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage regulations is strongly preferred
- Construction accounting experience a plus.
