Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate position based in Tallahassee, FL. The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting documents, preparing cases for litigation, and representing clients in court, administrative proceedings, and other forums. The role requires collaboration with clients and team members, as well as the ability to manage diverse legal issues across multiple practice areas. The Associate will also engage in activities that support the firm’s community and professional service initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to provide sound legal advice and solutions
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and opinions
- Experience in case preparation, litigation, and representation in court and administrative proceedings

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida State Bar
