Principal Responsibilities
This position works in the main trailer refurbishment shop to perform final assembly duties on refurbished trailers. Workstreams in the final assembly process include:

Principal Responsibilities
This position works in the main trailer refurbishment shop to perform final assembly duties on refurbished trailers. Workstreams in the final assembly process include:
- Hydraulic assembly
- Electrical wiring and assembly
- Mechanical assembly
- Decaling
- Systems testing and quality control documentation
- Site works a 45 hour week minimum, per DOT guidelines. Willing to work nights and weekends on an as needed basis
- A strong mechanical aptitude, with a high degree of pride in craftsmanship
- Own set of basic maintenance/technician tools
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Prior experience as a fabricator, mechanic, electrician, or other trade a plus
- Prior vehicle technician experience a plus
- Familiarity with commercial vehicle systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, wiring, etc.) a plus
- Ability to weld a plus, but not required
