This role involves supporting the Account Management team in maintaining client relationships, executing campaign strategies, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. **Responsibilities**

• Assist Account Managers in daily client communication and campaign updates
• Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and client feedback
• Help coordinate internal teams to meet project goals
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and documentation
• Support the development of marketing strategies tailored to client objectives
• Attend client meetings and assist in follow-ups and action planning
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
  
  

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in client services, marketing, or sales
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
