The Position
Clean homes either solo or with a teammate
Perform Move Out, Deep Clean, and Recurring Clean services
Focus on kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas
Deliver a five-star customer experience every time
Take before and after photos to showcase your work
Make the client happy and proud of their clean home

Who You Are
Cleaning experience is a must
Must be willing to drive to job locations
Cleaning experience or your own cleaning business is a plus
Hard working, motivated, hungry to improve your life
Strong communication skills are a MUST
Good people skills — cleaning is about service, not just scrubbing
Warm smile, professional attitude, and pride in your work

Compensation
We pay per job, not hourly — because every home is different.
Our cleaners consistently earn $25 to $40 per hour
(we have not had anyone earn less).
Tips are common (cash or Venmo)
