Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
- Draft and prepare emails, letters, reports, and documents
- Organize digital and physical files; maintain confidentiality
- Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and logistical planning
- Assist with HR tasks, onboarding, payroll data entry, and compliance forms
- Communicate professionally with staff, vendors, and business partners
- Run errands and complete tasks that support business operations
- Track deadlines, renewals, and project priorities
Qualifications
- 2 years administrative or assistant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication and writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email management, and scheduling tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
