- Compose correspondence as directed by supervisor/ office secretary Assist in receiving, counting, and depositing monies collected.
- Assist in maintaining office records.
- Answer phone, take messages, and route calls.
- Manage supplies and equipment disbursement.
- Operate standard office machines.
- Greet visitors, monitors sign-in/sign-out sheets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
