Our Extended Coverage Team (ECT) Dispatchers are responsible for assisting drivers with complex issues efficiently and effectively, while thinking of creative solutions to facilitate the safe transport of freight.

Schedule: Day Shift-Wedneday-Sunday 10am-7pm

Responsibilities:

• Communicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity both internally and externally.
• Manages drivers during extended coverage shifts.
• Accurate data entry of the company computer systems.
• Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines, with very little guidance in some situations.
• Works with team members to solve problems.
• Provides clear work instructions to drivers.
• Demonstrates high resource utilization.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Proficient communicator (English Proficient).
• Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
