Warehouse Associate
Mesilla Provisions is an authorized local purveyor of Boar’s Head Brand products in New Mexico. We are a small, dedicated team that takes pride in delivering high-quality food products and exceptional service.
Our warehouse team plays a critical role in ensuring products are prepared, organized, and transported safely. Please note that this role requires working primarily in a refrigerated, cold cooler environment. Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Pull product orders, box, wrap, and label items for delivery
- Unload incoming products and break down shipments
- Rotate products according to Boar’s Head standard procedures
- Generate invoices and ensure order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Monitor product safety, including expirations, rotations, and temperature checks
Product Handling & Transport
- Move and stage product for delivery
- Continuously lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Support safe and efficient loading processes
Schedule & Compensation
- Shifts may begin as early as 4:00 AM
- Pay Range: $16–$18 hourly
Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a small team
- Good time management and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with food handling or food safety practices
