About The Role
We are seeking a strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our human resources function and drive impactful people strategies across our rapidly growing organization. The Head of Human Resources will lead, design and implement HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and foster a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
What You’ll Do
10 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, global tech or startup environments. Proven success in scaling an organization from early stage (<100) to mid-size (300 ), including team building and HR infrastructure setup. Strong background in organizational management, culture development, and employee engagement across different time zones and cultures. Hands-on experience with hiring and retaining high-caliber technical and creative talent. Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin. Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset - comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving change.
