Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Full Stack Engineer with deep experience in AI-assisted development workflows. You’ll be designing, developing, and maintaining web applications while working extensively with AI coding tools and LLM-powered systems.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Rust
- Work with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) as core development tools
- Design and implement LLM context orchestration systems—managing how AI agents interact with codebases
- Develop APIs and services that power agentic workflows
- Collaborate asynchronously with a remote-first team
- Write clean, well-tested code with a focus on performance and scalability
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React for front-end development
- Experience with Rust or willingness to develop Rust expertise
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) in daily workflow
- Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations in code generation contexts
- Solid back-end development skills with modern frameworks
- Experience with API design and database management
- Strong async communication skills for remote collaboration
- Nice to have:
- Experience building developer tools or infrastructure
- Familiarity with agentic systems, tool-use patterns, or LLM orchestration
- Background in code search, AST manipulation, or static analysis
- Contributions to open source projects
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
