The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that production goals are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Production Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of production staff and ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated to meet production targets.

- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure that all products meet company standards and customer specifications
- Manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
- Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all production staff
- Evaluate equipment and machinery and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure that materials are available for production
- Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
