What You’ll Do
As a Mescalito Barista, you will:
- Craft high-quality drinks with consistency, precision, and care
- Provide genuine hospitality — making guests feel cared for, seen, and heard
- Learn and uphold our specialty coffee standards, recipes, and quality controls
- Manage the flow of service with warmth and confidence during rushes
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and café environment
- Assist with pastries, food prep, and stocking as needed
- Build relationships with customers and represent the Mescalito brand with pride

Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism
- Willingness to learn espresso skills, hospitality standards, and our drink program
