12 years experience with a Bachelors

10 years experience with a Masters

Position Overview

• Design, develop, and integrate enterprise-grade production AI/ML models, services, and applications
• Transition prototype AI capabilities for enterprise deployment at scale and speed
• Leverage advanced proficiency in Python and popular AI/Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Apply expertise in Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), model customization (e.g., finetuning), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic orchestration
• Utilize AI & Machine Learning techniques to solve complex business problems
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative AI solutions

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, etc)
• Knowledge of Generative AI, including Large Language Models and ability to instrument and interpret evaluation of models and applications for effectiveness
• Experience with AI/Machine Learning methodologies and applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure)
