Position Details:
- Full Time
- Shift: 1am-1pm
- Pay range: $16 - $19.08 (depending on experience)
- Mileage reimbursement available based on distance
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus with an 18-month commitment
Job Summary:
- The Certified Nursing Assistant performs routine duties within the limits of training and certification in caring for the hospitalized patient.
- The care is rendered under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Performs other duties related to the work described herein.
- The CNA may also perform clerical, receptionist, and transport duties in accordance with missions, goals, and objectives of Mesa View Regional Hospital.
- Facilitates the information and activity flow to and from the nursing unit.
- Performs registration duties as assigned.
- Responsible to answer phones, take messages, make phone calls, fax orders, order entry, etc.
- Assists with scheduling and billing for infusion patients.
- Have good customer service, computer and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Completion of a state-approved training program.
- NV State Nursing Assistant Certification.
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to think and work independently and with direction.
- Communicate with staff members in a fast-paced environment.
