Job Description:

The Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting the marketing team by assisting with various projects, including data analytics, content creation, social media management, and graphic design. This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, allowing interns to develop essential marketing skills while contributing to real-world campaigns. The intern will collaborate with team members on initiatives to enhance brand awareness and engagement. At the end of the internship, they will present a capstone project to the CEO, demonstrating their contributions and key learnings.

Essential Duties:

• Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics, generating reports, and offering insights.
• Provide feedback and recommendations based on analytics research.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations, and promotional content.
• Contribute to content development for blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
• Assist in video and photography projects, from conceptualization to editing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, brainstorming sessions, and execution strategies.
• Adapt to different projects based on your strengths and company needs.
• Perform all duties as assigned.

Education:

Required:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

Preferred:

• Any prior marketing, design, or content creation experience is a plus.

Certifications, Licenses & Registrations:

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with at least one marketing-related area (e.g., data analysis, graphic design, writing, social media management).
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
