Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Odessa, TX for a CNC Mill Operator / Programmer (High-Level). The role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills with precision to meet production standards. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, maintaining machinery, and collaborating with team members to optimize milling operations. The CNC Mill Operator / Programmer will be instrumental in producing high-quality and custom components for oilfield equipment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation, Machining, and Milling
- Experience in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to industry specifications
- Strong understanding of Machinery, including troubleshooting and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with CNC programming and setup
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to precision
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in the oilfield industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications in machining or CNC operation are advantageous
