We are looking for a Bilingual Front Office Assistant (English & Spanish) to support the daily operations of our immigration law office.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys helping people in a professional office environment. You will be one of the first points of contact for clients and will play an important role in keeping the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate staff member as needed
- Receive, sort, and scan incoming mail and deliveries
- Scan and upload documents into our system
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages
- Bring mail to the post office when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area
- Provide basic information to clients in person or by phone when appropriate
- Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, copying, and document organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable using computers, email, scanners, and basic office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office setting
- Customer service mindset and patience when working with clients
- Reliable transportation for occasional trips to the post office or errands
