Base Compensation Range: $21.51/ hour – $26.92/ hour
This position is eligible for an annual 10% bonus opportunity in addition to the base salary

This position support Mesa's Calibration Solutions business. Our Calibration Solutions portfolio uses the principles of advanced metrology to enable customers to measure and calibrate critical parameters in applications such as Environmental and Process Monitoring, Dialysis, Gas Flow, Air Quality, and Torque Testing.
Job Summary
The Shipping & Receiving Specialist (Level 4) is an experienced logistics team member responsible for coordinating, executing, and documenting all inbound and outbound material movement for the manufacturing facility. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely shipments, and compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations. Level 4 specialists are subject-matter operators who troubleshoot issues, serve as a resource for less-experienced staff, and support continuous improvement within the warehouse.
