Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team. As Director of Events and Sponsorships, you’ll be the mastermind behind seamless, memorable events. You’ll coordinate every detail — from concept to execution — ensuring each event reflects our goals, vision, mission, and core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute monthly and annual events of varying sizes and types
- Manage budgets, timelines, and member relationships
- Oversee event setup, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up
- Collaborate with communications, marketing and design teams for event promotion
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and contractual requirements
Qualifications
- 2 years of event planning or coordination experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Creative problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in sales is a plus
