Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate accurate and timely sales and performance reports using data extracted from ERP systems such as NetSuite. Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data, providing actionable insights to the executive team and sales leaders.
- Market Analysis: Create detailed market heatmaps based on sales data to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement. Conduct comprehensive marketplace analyses to understand competitive positioning and market dynamics.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain pipeline reports and reviews, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights into sales progress and forecasts.
- Sales Territories Analysis: Analyze sales territories for penetration and effectiveness. Use geographic and sales data to optimize sales strategies and territory allocations.
- Dashboard Development: Design and implement interactive dashboards using Power BI. Ensure dashboards provide real-time insights into sales metrics, performance indicators, and other critical business data.
- Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with sales, marketing, and executive teams to share insights and recommend data-driven strategies for business growth and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, information systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in sales data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, macros).
- Experience in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, preferred.
- Preference for experience in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite; heatmapping software and managing Power BI dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for all levels of the organization.
