Description
- Review lockbox for incoming wires and checks for both MES
- Review Celigo Lockbox imports for accurate posting to customer accounts
- Research problems and resolve timely
- Reconcile cash and credit card deposits to Netsuite reports and bank deposits
- Respond to branch inquiries
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Process customer refunds
- Process non-municipal requests for credit
- Process Non AR Journal Entries
- Process Customer Transfer requests
- Assist in account collections
- Other special projects as needed
