About The Position

This position is responsible for:

• Supporting pick pack ship operations by fulfilling online orders, pulling materials, and preparing boxes for shipment.
• Supporting receiving operations by processing incoming warehouse supplies and maintaining warehouse organization.
• Supporting product transfer operations by managing outgoing/incoming transfers between locations, using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, troubleshooting incomplete orders, and performing regular inventory counts.
• Supporting FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) Product Prep operations.
• Supporting KOBO Manufacturing, Assembly, and general warehouse functions as needed.
• Working as needed across our two physical locations - one in Lincoln Square, one in Avondale.
• Participation in general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping.

Physical Demands and Abilities

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs; occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs with assistance.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.

Experience and Education

• 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred
• Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
• Dependable and reliable
