Key Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer aid families with keeping compliance with program expectations
- Oversee security and safety by making routine interior and exterior checks during shift
- Assists families with day-to-day life skills assistance, as needed
- Documents all critical incidents and safety issues using the program communication system
- Ensure family daily chores are complete each night
- Complete daily housekeeping duties, including room checks each night
- Assist colleagues and volunteers with coordination of events and workshop
- Coordinate orientation of new family members as they enter the program
- Provide emergency crisis management to families and young adults who have recently transitioned out of the foster care system
