We are looking for

· A diamond professional with an in-depth understanding of the 4 C's (carat, cut, color, and clarity) and the ability to evaluate diamond quality.

· Someone who is client focused and can connect with clients personally, understanding their preferences.

· Someone with a strong proven sales history who is well-versed in industry trends, pricing, and the overall market. Customers trust your judgment and rely on you for expert advice.

· Exceptional communication skills to articulate the unique qualities of each diamond, making even the most complex information accessible and engaging for customers.

Requirements

· A proven track record in diamond sales.

· Gia diamond certification.

· In-depth knowledge of diamond grading, certification, and industry trends.

· Strong negotiation skills and a talent for closing deals.

· Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

· Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak holiday seasons.
