ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Utilizing the receiving worksheet, input received physical counts into the SWS Inventory/Purchasing System for the purpose of updating inventory counts & invoicing process.
· Compare the purchase order (based on the receiver) to the vendor invoice. Any discrepancy encountered is reported to the appropriate department for a resolution. When complete, batch the invoice to Accounts Payable for payment.
· Conduct physical inventories in all retail and warehouses and compare them with inventory counts maintained by the Dataworks and SWS System. If different, reconcile the differences through review of all inventory documents.
· Update cost transfers, from department to department, according to quantities written in forms and file for future review and/or questions.
· Monitor system for incomplete documents. Input and maintain production areas inventories. Assist in the utilization of the I/P system, ensuring that quantity & price variances are responded to in a timely manner, and deal with any special requests that might arise.
· Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
· Organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
· Comprehend and follow written and/or verbal instructions from supervisors/ manager.
· Work with interruptions.
· Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook required; 10 key and data entry experience preferred.
· Ability of complex reading, writing, math, and task completion skills is required.
· Must have the following skills: clerical, analyzing, instructing, following instructions, influencing others, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making.
· Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
· Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting, occasionally standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending over, crouching, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and balancing during the duration of their shift.
· Must be able to push/pull and lift/carry 25lbs or less occasionally.
· The team member will have occasional use of both feet, and constant repetitive use of both hands. Team member will have constant light grasping motions. Finger dexterity of both hands will be constantly required.
· Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
· Work performed indoors, alone and frequently with and around others. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others on extended shifts around computer equipment.
· The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be quiet or loud at times.
· Team Member may be exposed to confined areas, dirt/dust, moving objects, slippery surfaces and secondhand smoke.
