Roles and Responsibilities
● PMO Leadership & Governance
○ Establish and oversee PMO standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
○ Mentor and manage project managers and compliance leads, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
● Product Development & Roadmap Execution
○ Orchestrate cross-functional planning and delivery of Mersive’s wireless collaboration suite.
○ Align hardware, embedded software, and application teams to ensure release readiness.
○ Facilitate alpha/beta field trials and incorporate customer feedback into roadmap prioritization.
● Agile / Scrum / SAFe Implementation
○ Champion Agile practices to improve sprint velocity, transparency, and iterative development.
○ Lead ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, and release planning.
● Compliance & Risk Management
○ Drive information security compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, GDPR).
○ Partner with Infosec Committee to ensure audit readiness and evidence collection.
○ Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across product and compliance portfolios.
● Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
○ Deliver concise weekly updates and detailed portfolio reports to executive leadership.
○ Facilitate cross-team dependency meetings and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders.
● Tools & Systems Oversight
○ Manage Jira workflows, Confluence documentation, SharePoint repositories, and compliance dashboards (Thoropass, Vanta).
○ Leverage analytics tools (MS Project, Excel, LucidChart, Figma) for capacity planning, reporting, and visualization.

● Experience managing compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, GDPR).
● Strong communication skills with ability to tailor messaging for executives and technical teams.
● Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and project management tools.
● Demonstrated ability to manage complex product development lifecycles involving hardware, software, and external partners.
