Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our logistics team. In this role you will oversee the efficient management of our company fleet of approximately 150 vehicles. Responsibilities
- Monitor fleet performance through analysis of GPS data.
- Maintain accurate data entry related to vehicle service logs, vehicle preventative maintenance, and vehicle repairs.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Monitor, maintain, and schedule all vehicle repairs and preventative maintenances.
- Manage any emergency needs related to company vehicles.
Skills
- Working knowledge of auto mechanics and common vehicle repair issues.
- Strong knowledge of GPS tracking (Samsara) and transportation planning tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting, data entry, and communication tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills for internal coordination and customer service excellence via phone calls or digital channels.
- Ability to handle high-volume multi-line phone calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
