Solo Team Captain Cleaner

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Solo Team Captain Cleaner to lead residential cleaning operations with precision and enthusiasm. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own cleaning tasks efficiently while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation the Merry Maids way. This position requires an eye for detail and requires speed. Merry Maids will do their part in training but it requires the trainee to do their part as well to be successful. We also are seeking the position to be a team player at all times.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive residential and business cleanings, including general and deep cleaning, floor cleaning, vacuuming carpets, and bathroom sanitation to meet client expectations, making bed properly.
• Keeping track of your station equipment, keeping is cleaned daily. And conducting a weekly inventory
• Contribute to a healthy and welcoming environment which includes being part of our team.
• Doing your part to be successful which includes learning our steps we follow and how our products work.
• Acknowledge our customers when home and speak with them in a friendly manner. This includes co-workers. And have a great attitude.
• Being able to collect payments.
• Be able to follow direction and not have things repeated multiple times.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, insurance and driver's licenses. NO EXCEPTIONS
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Be able to work Monday thru Friday 8:00 - 5:00 or until the jobs are complete.
• Must do your part to be successful.
• Must be on time and in customers homes on time.
• Need to have speed and energy.

Interviews will be conducted in office. When setting up an interview, please be 10-15 mins early to have time to fill out the application so the management team can keep interviews flowing on time. You are encouraged to ask questions if you have any.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
