Cleaning Trainer & Quality Control Coach
Merry Maids of Providence | Warwick, RI | Full-Time | Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required

If you have a gift for teaching and an eye for detail, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm — No nights, no weekends.

- Hourly pay $18–$20, depending on experience — plus performance bonuses and incentives

What You'll Do
- Train and onboard new hires in proper cleaning techniques, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to build confidence and skill in our team members.
- Visit clients' homes to inspect the quality of cleaning performed by our teams, ensuring every job meets Merry Maids' standards of excellence.
- Uphold Merry Maids' commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
- Assist in refining training materials and processes for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleaning excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience in training, coaching, or mentoring roles (preferably in a cleaning or service-oriented field).
- A positive attitude and a desire to inspire others.
- Reliable transportation when a fleet car isn't available.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug test, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and criminal background check.
