Duties

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns
- Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare regulations to maintain a safe learning environment
- Incorporate early intervention techniques and special education strategies when supporting children with additional needs

Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting, preferably with toddlers or preschoolers

- Experience developing curriculum that integrates literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social-emotional learning
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required to ensure safety during all activities

- Classroom management skills that foster a positive learning environment while maintaining discipline
