Merry Arts is looking for driven, passionate people who takes pride in their work, to manage all aspects of the front of the house at one of Lakewood's most popular establishments.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Managing FOH Staff
Scheduling
Inventory
Drink/Beer Menus
Ordering
Interviewing/Hiring Staff
Social Media
Miscellanious Responsibilities Such As: Bartending, Running Food, Expo, Etc..
Candidates MUST be experienced in the bar/restaurant industry and have excellent leadership skills, organizational skills and a willing to work well with others. Good references are required.
Managers will be working with an excellent front and back of house staff--no need to attempt to overhaul anything in terms of staff. General Manager will enjoy paid time off and two days off per week. Managers also gets tipped out by staff when bartending help is needed (in addition to salary) . AGM position is 3 days per week noon-10p. GM typical work week is 5 shifts of 10 hours (noon-10p).
